About Walkern.net
Walkern.net was originally setup by Chris Windebank (Ingenious Displays) and Sarah Durkin (Zen Creative) back in 2003 as a central website for the Walkern village and to help promote our pretty Hertfordshire village to the wider community.
In 2009 Walkern.net was generously donated by it’s founders to the “Walkern Journal”, a small village group responsible for publishing the Walkern Journal magazine. Our aim is to enhance and extend this website to fulfill Sarah and Chris’s original vision for the site and to create a living, breathing online chronical of Walkern life past,present and future…
The site is currently maintained by the Walkern Journal commitee; Janet Woodall (SongSpider), Justin Nye (GrippleSpider Web Programming & Design) and Julie Armond.

Hi.
I have some photos of the ford that was in flood recently and a selection of various wildlife photos taken in and around Walkern if you are interested in adding them to your site.
