William and Kate Wedding Races Registration
Welcome to the William and Kate Wedding Races Registration site. There will be two sets of races : The William and Kate Children’s Wedding Obstacle Races (age groups 7-12) and The William and Kate Adult Panto Style Wedding Relay Races (for teenagers and adults). Please enter the information requested below, in the comments box at the end of the page, to register as participants for the race.
If you wish to register as a singleton, every effort will be made by the organisers to find a suitable race partner for you, but they cannot guarantee that one may be found. In the event that the Races are heavily over subscribed, early bird registrants will be given preference on the day. Registration via this site will close on 17th April.
The Races will be run after 3.00pm on 1st May and all participating pairs are asked to re-confirm their registration in person on the day of the Fair, at least 45 minutes before the start of the races. They will then receive details of the race and its timing.
Note : Personal details requested will enable the organisers to provide appropriate wedding clothing and to match competitors and will be used under conditions of strictest confidentiality only for the purposes of arranging the races. All data will be deleted immediately after the Fair. Registering will signify your acceptance of these conditions.

Any paper applications should be returned to the Walkern Fair Committee, 88 Stevenage Road by 17th April at the latest.
